Bond Capital Invest is a bond investment company which was duly registered and incorporated in the Republic of Seychelles on 5th of February 2009 under the International Business Companies Act, 1994 (Act No. 24 of 1994) (the "Law"), under Company No.058650.

Seychelles is rapidly  becoming a very strong international financial centre, offering a wide variaty of services, such as accounting and legal and administration services, whether onshore or offshore, and a wide array of products, such as international business companies (IBCs), trusts and mutual funds. Its favorable tax regime and efficient system have certainly played a crucial role in its aforementioned development.

The Investment objectives of the Company is to evaluate investment opportunities under the current and future market conditions and be receptive and alert on any investment opportunities that may arise. Investment opportunities may relate to any activity which the Board of Directors considers fabourable and advantageous for the company and may include but not limited to activities which relate to projects, real estate, financial products and instruments, fx trading, investment in other undertakings, and investment in hedge funds and/or in mutual funds, as provided by the permitted Objects of the Company cotained in its Memorandum of Association.
